I understand that neither Jayco Travel Club, the campgrounds nor any other travel associations used assume any responsibilities directly or indirectly for use or operation of vehicle or RV going to or from or during a rally; or, for losses involving personal belongings, vehicle, or RV due to any cause whatsoever; or, for injuries to persons within or without the rally; or for damage to property of any kind. All trips are complete package tours as outlined in this advertisement.

Terms and Conditions

A deposit is required on all trips/rallies. The balance will be billed 45 days prior to the trip and is due 30 days prior to the departure date. All cancellations should be phoned in as soon as possible followed up with a written cancellation letter. No refunds will be issued without the written cancellation notice.There will be a $25.00 administrative cancellation fee on all cancellations. This fee covers costs that have already been incurred by processing your application. Cancellation notices received 30 days or more prior to a scheduled trip or rally will receive their entire payment back from the office, minus the $25.00 administratvie fee and any expenses not refundable to our company. Notices received within 30 days of a scheduled trip or rally will be charged an administrative fee of 25% of the complete rally fee plus any expenses and/or tickets that are not refundable to our company. Persons failing to attend the event without any prior notification will forfeit 100% of total fees. All trips/rallies are package tours as outlined in their advertisements. No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the trip. Information on travel accident and trip interruption insurance will be included with your first information packet, thus all cancellation policies will be strictly adhered to. On rallies where no deposit was required, if your final payment is not received by 30 days prior to the rally, your reservation will be cancelled. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any person/persons who are objectionable, or boisterous during the course of any tour, therefore disrupting the operation of said tour.

The uniqueness of some tours, caravans, and rallies will require a deposit and cancellation schedule different than the one listed above. If so, the requirements will be noted in the descriptive literature and/or the newsletter. To be valid, your deposit in the proper amount must accompany the registration form. If registering within 60 days of the beginning of a rally or caravan, full payment should accompany your application.

We reserve the right to cancel any trip or rally if there is not a minimum of 20 units as least 60 days prior to the departure date. We also reserve the right make changes prior to and during the tour, caravan, or rally. Changes may involve sightseeing events, campgrounds, and/or meals. Any changes are made in the best interest of the members participating, or as a result of circumstances beyond our control.

Participation in tours is open to everyone, however; please notify our office upon securing reservations of any special dietary requirements, physical handicap, etc. Due to our company's insurance restrictions, our wagonmasters are NOT permitted to push wheelchairs, nor are the bus drivers &/or guides hired during the sightseeing tours. If you have special needs, please have someone accompany you on the tour/rally to help.

An information packet will be included with your final billing. This will include emergency telephone numbers, a tentative daily agenda, information on, and application for, optional tours, information on trip cancellation/interruption insurance and medical protection, and a rally/caravan handbook. A complete trip itinerary, rally roster, credentials, and any tickets will be included in your packet received at registration at the start of the rally/caravan. If you're full-time in your RV or will be away from your permanent address during the last 60 days prior to the trip, please send an address where we can mail your final information packet.

During RV tours pictures will be taken and they are often used for promotional advertisements. We agree that any photos of us published in said advertisements may be used.

We agree to hold harmless the Main Office, its parent, subsidiaries, and their empolyees, agents and affiliates for any claims for personal injury of other damages. We accept full responsibility for our personal welfare and that of your property. We certify that we are fully capable of participating in the activies. We understand that the tour staff reserves the right to refuse participation in any or all activites by any person it deems unable to meet the requirements of the event.
